Waystones

- Added `enableDurability` option (default: `true`) to disable durability loss on warp stones
- Fixed occasional crash due to corrupt entity tracking
- Backported a Vanilla bugfix for entity teleportation to hopefully make non-player teleports and mounted teleports more stable
  - This is a bug that causes entities to not be tracked when teleported from a loaded chunk into another loaded chunk, which has been fixed by Vanilla in 1.21.2+
  - For Waystone-initiated teleports, this bugfix will be applied automatically
  - The `enableVanillaBugfix` option (default: `false`) can be used to additionally apply this bugfix to all other entity teleports (like via `/tp` or other mods)
- Fixed passengers being able to trigger teleports on warp plates independent of their mount
