Waystones

- Updated Sharestones to be based on a material instead of color:
  - Orange → Copper, Light Blue → Prismarine, Yellow → Gold, Cyan → Diamond, Blue → Lapis, Green → Emerald, Red → Redstone
  - Magenta, Lime, Pink, Gray, Light Gray, Purple, Brown and Black Sharestones have been removed
  - Removed Sharestones will remain in world as "Ruined Sharestones"
  - Ruined Sharestones connect to any other Ruined Sharestone, but are not obtainable and only intended for migration purposes
  - Ruined Sharestones can be crafted into any of the other type using its materials
  - Portstone colors that have been removed will become regular unscoped Portstones
- Added Warp Stones scoped to specific Sharestones
- Added Red Nether Bricks, Purpur, Prismarine and Mud Bricks Waystones
- Added `seen` state to Waystones that is enabled once a first player has activated it
  - Runes will display dimly lit if another player has already activated a waystone
- Added `waystones:after_warp_effects` Shogi rule to allow overriding default modifier behavior
- Added `waystones:may_edit` and `waystones:may_manage_global_waystones` Shogi rules to allow overriding default behavior
- Added `waystones:warp_stone_use_time`, `waystones:warp_plate_use_time`, `waystonse:scroll_use_time` Shogi rules to replace old config options
- Added `waystones:warp_modifiers_*` item tags to control which items result in what waystone modifier behavior
- Changed XP points cost to display as levels when possible
- Changed the waystone visibility buttons to look better and be more fitting
- Fixed XP cost displaying a lower level than actually required when the player does not have enough xp
- Fixed TrashSlot showing up and toggling in Waystone Screens
- Fixed error message in Waystones Edit Screen not showing
- Fixed some missing translation keys
