Wandering Traders Car Warranty

Wandering traders have found your number.

• A trader now spawns right behind you, turns to face you, and whispers about your car's extended warranty — only you hear it.
• He keeps quiet while the pitch plays, and the audio follows him around instead of staying stuck where he appeared.
• Walk back over to him a little later and he'll try you one more time.

Everything else about wandering traders is untouched — same trades, same llamas, same despawn timer — and every part of this is adjustable in config/codxlib.carsextendedwarranty.json.

Requires CodxLib on both the client and the server.
