Wakes Reforged: Early Config Fix

This is an unofficial community fork of Wakes Reforged by Project8gbDeRam for Minecraft 1.21.1 on NeoForge. It addresses the startup crash in upstream issue #40.

WakeHandler originally reads wakeResolution during static initialization. If the class is first loaded before NeoForge finishes loading the client config, the read throws IllegalStateException: Cannot get config value before config is loaded. The fork starts with the documented default, SIXTEEN; the existing tick logic applies the saved resolution after config loading.

Install: Replace the official Wakes Reforged 1.4.1 JAR with this file. Do not keep both JARs in mods, since they share the same mod ID. The release is based on the official 1.4.1 binary. Only WakeHandler.class changes in executable code; the JAR also includes a GPL license notice and fork attribution. The patched class started successfully after the reported crash. The original CurseForge project lists GPL-3.0, while its original JAR metadata says MIT. This fork uses GPL-3.0 and documents that discrepancy in its source repository. Original work by Project8gbDeRam, Goby56 and contributors. Fork change by florianfinn.
