Croparium x Industrial Foregoing

An unofficial compatibility mod for Minecraft 1.21.1 and NeoForge. It lets the Industrial Foregoing Plant Gatherer harvest mature Croparium crops and the Plant Fertilizer grow them. The Gatherer receives Croparium’s mapped produce, and the crop resets to age 1 in place, just like a right-click harvest. No Plant Sower or seed loop is needed.

Requirements

• Minecraft 1.21.1 with NeoForge 21.1.250 or newer
• Industrial Foregoing 1.21-3.6.38 or newer
• Croparium (cp_lib) 5.0.26 or newer

Install this addon and its required mods on both the client and server. Croparium addons such as CP Create, CP AE2, and CP Mekanism are optional; their crops work when included in Croparium’s cp_lib:crops tag.

Details

The Plant Gatherer harvests only fully grown crops (age 7). Produce and its base count follow Croparium’s own right-click harvest mapping and configuration. A crop without a mapped output is left untouched. The Gatherer handles energy use and item storage normally.

The Plant Fertilizer applies its accepted fertilizer items to Croparium crops and advances them by 2–5 growth stages per application, up to maturity. Industrial Foregoing handles fertilizer and energy consumption normally.

Version 1.1.0 was tested in a Minecraft client with both machines. This project is not affiliated with the authors of Croparium or Industrial Foregoing. It includes no code, assets, or JARs from either required mod. Source code and issue tracker.

Why I made this

I wanted these features for my own modpack, but I have no experience creating Minecraft mods myself. I asked ChatGPT to create the mod and its project materials, including the code, icon, and this description. I tested the resulting mod in my Minecraft client.
