• Fixed Hidden Ruler randomly making the player visible again while Vanish is active.
• Hidden Ruler now properly maintains player invisibility while toggled.
• Reapplies invisibility if another mod or player-state change removes it.
• Improved Hidden Ruler concealment persistence after login, respawn, and other player-state changes.
• Improved player-list hiding so Hidden Ruler users are not unexpectedly revealed.
• Removed Hidden Ruler's continuous Vanish magicule drain due to issues with magicule handling.
• Other Hidden Ruler abilities and their normal costs are unchanged.
• Optimized concealment checks to avoid unnecessary tick and network overhead.
