Fixes multiplayer issues caused by Mysticism’s Hidden Ruler skill.
Hidden Ruler still makes its user appear to leave the server and hides them from the player list, but it no longer removes the player information required by Minecraft’s signed-chat system. This prevents chat validation errors affecting the hidden player and other players on the server.
When Hidden Ruler is disabled, the player is restored to the player list and a rejoin message is displayed.
