Vulcan's Flashlights

Ported to Minecraft 1.21.11

- Flashlight reach extended by 5 blocks (standard 15, ultra 30)

- Mobs now hold flashlights pointing forward instead of straight up

- Fixed: the first-person beam not showing

- Fixed: helmet texture on the chest and legs of anyone wearing a miner's helmet
- Fixed: outdoor beams looking harsh at night (they now stay soft, as on 1.21.1)
