Description
Voxy - Make it compatible
Compatibility patches between Voxy's distant terrain and other mods on NeoForge 1.21.1: fog, clouds, Sable ships, LittleTiles, water and Xaero's World Map. Each patch turns on only when the mods it bridges are installed. Voxy has no official NeoForge 1.21.1 build, so this needs the voxy-forged port.

Fog
- Voxy draws its distant terrain without fog. This applies the game's current fog to it: vanilla, Atmospherics or Better Fog.
- The fog of Atmospherics and Better Fog is stretched over Voxy's distance instead of closing at the normal render distance.
- With both fog mods installed, Atmospherics sets the colour and Better Fog the distance and shape.
Clouds
- Simple Clouds reach as far as Voxy's terrain, and distant mountains hide the clouds behind them, also under an Iris shaderpack.
- Better Clouds are extended to the edge of the distant terrain, capped at 4096 blocks by default.
- Better Clouds can get up to two extra cloud layers above and below its own, with ready-made sky arrangements.

Distant terrain
- Edge overlap closes the ring of missing chunks where normal chunks hand over to Voxy. 8 blocks by default.
- Terrain gets its detail back after Voxy's geometry buffer has been full, instead of staying coarse.
- The dark patches on distant tree canopies are fixed, and grass, flowers and crops stay on the nearest distant terrain.
- Big Water's texture scale carries into distant water, and Xaero's World Map is filled in from the terrain Voxy has stored.
Sable and LittleTiles
- Sable ships render and stay loaded out to 32 chunks by default, past the render distance.
- LittleTiles blocks can be left out of the distant terrain, or kept only above a set fill percentage, so cables do not become full blocks.
Requirements
Minecraft 1.21.1, Java 21, NeoForge 21.1 and the voxy-forged port of Voxy. Client side; a dedicated server needs it too for Sable ships to stay loaded at distance. Most settings are in Sodium's video settings, where options for missing mods are greyed out. The rest are in config/micvoxy-client.toml.
Related mods
NeoForge 1.21.1, client side. Free to use in modpacks.
