VoltRide 2.2.0 – Major Update
Minecraft 1.21.1 | NeoForge 21.1.x
VoltRide 2.2.0 is the biggest update to the mod yet.
Since the first public beta, VoltRide has been completely overhauled with a brand-new electric scooter model, more realistic driving physics, animated riders, an interactive workshop, a redesigned charging station, and a fully functional 3D dashboard.
This update brings a much more detailed, realistic, and immersive electric scooter experience to Minecraft.
IMPORTANT – World Compatibility
The mod ID has changed from drivecraft to voltride.
Because of this change, existing worlds using the original CurseForge version (1.0.0 BETA) are not directly compatible.
- Previously placed scooters and charging stations may disappear.
- Existing scooter parts and items may be lost.
- The configuration file has been renamed from
drivecraft-server.tomltovoltride-server.toml. - Previous configuration settings will not be transferred automatically.
Please back up your worlds before updating.

- The kickstand automatically retracts when accelerating
Realistic Rider Animations
Rider animations have been significantly improved.
- Both hands dynamically follow the handlebars using inverse kinematics (IK)
- Hands stay connected to the grips while steering, drifting, performing wheelies, and riding over bumps
- The rider's upper body rotates naturally while steering
- Visible arms holding the handlebars in first-person view
