I changed that the boss can spawn multiple times in the config and it did for a couple times but then it just stopped spawning, help?
Same here. not to sure how to fix. can find nothing on google and not sure if VoidZ has a discord.
when i try to enter the void dimension, it says " could not find void dimension, did it register? " what does this mean and how do i fix it. im running a 1.18.1 fabric server. do i have to restart for it to generate

I should start this comment off with a notice: I've used many of your mods and they're very, very well made in my opinion. I've loved trying basically every single mod you've made (also <3 for the message in the AdventureZ handbook).
With that notice out of the way, let's get to this particular boss. This boss is a bit odd in my opinion, mainly due to how the damage works. You can only damage the boss by manipulating the minions into shooting void bullets at either the main boss (very tedious to do due to the random nature of them shooting) or the bigger void crystals. These bigger void crystals don't seem to spawn until you damage the boss enough, which requires you to try to get the minions to shoot the boss (which again, is very tedious to do). Once the boss summons the big void crystals, it's quite easy to deal damage, but since the boss only summons 8 big crystals at this point, you are forced to go back to trying to make the minions shoot the boss about 3 more times (no, I do not mean that a single bullet must hit the boss 3 more times, I mean that you must get them to hit the boss roughly 10-20 times).
In short: this boss is incredibly tedious to finish due to the fact that you must eventually bait the minions into shooting the boss which is virtually random and doesn't feel rewarding.
Now I'm aware my comment looks quite negative, but I'd like to provide some suggestions as to how I believe this fight could potentially be improved (not saying to do them at all; this is just my own educated opinion).
- Get rid of the randomness with the minions shooting (make the shooting of the void bullets consistent with player range or make them shoot when getting hit)
By doing this, this should make the mechanic behind hitting the boss a little less annoying to do, since you'd be at fault, rather than a random mechanic
- Speed up the void bullet travel speed by at least 2x
The speed at which these travel are too slow for how quickly they fade out of existence, so doing this would be quite good
- Speed up the minions run speed
Since the void bullets fade out of existence quickly (and move slowly), you have to bring the minions to the edge of the circle. This takes way longer than it should.
Final thoughts: I feel that this mod could be really good with just a few changes, but the fight I had felt very annoying and tedious rather than challenging and rewarding. Perhaps the fight was bugged and the big void crystals were actually supposed to spawn without making the minions shoot the boss? I ran around finishing 50+ waves and not once did they spawn, so either it's a bug or it's intentional. Anyway, hopefully you'll read this and think of it as constructive criticism, rather than some sort of hate comment. As I said at the top of this comment, I absolutely love every other mod you've made. I just feel that this fight is lacking in a few crucial spots (just to be clear, everything else about this mod is really good, as well as AdventureZ). Hope to hear back!

So it isn't intended to try the minions shooting the boss. the player should just blow up all crystals cause the void shadow only spawns new ones when others are broken.
I recommend to open a github issue or write me on discord for better communication about your ideas :)

Why can I not do damage i destroy all the crystals and still can't do any damage its stupid because you also can't return back to the end island without defeating it and you can't defeat it without damaging it which I can't do so therefore I'm stuck

There is a portal block to the overworld in the middle. You can right click on it
You cannot damage it, whenever you break the crystals, it just respawns them instantly and he stays immune. My friend and i are just stuck in there with no way out now

you have to break all crystals, only specific ones will damage the boss
