- Added a personal API-key mode that works without a gateway: Gemini dialogue, Groq microphone transcription, and the free Fish Audio S2.1 Pro route on OpenRouter.
- Replaced the original AI provider fields with a unified AI and Voice settings tab. Preserved gameplay settings and added an advanced group for memory, history size and thinking level.
- Added masked API-key fields and private per-instance credential storage outside the instance directory.
- Added eight embedded Russian fixed-line recordings and a voice reference for generated speech. Fixed lines now play locally without gateway or API requests.
- Added Russian display translations for known fixed Verity chat messages.
- Added direct-request cancellation, quota/network error notices and optional HTTP proxy settings. Personal API mode has no automatic paid-provider fallback.
- Retained optional gateway support for existing installations.
- Bundled unmodified Smiley’s Better Brain 3.1.0 and Smiley’s Better Vision 2.0.2 by Toast5. Do not install duplicate standalone copies.
