Verity Gateway Addon

An add-on connecting Verity JE and Smiley’s Better Brain to an administrator-managed AI gateway.

## Features

## Requirements

- Minecraft 1.20.1
- Forge 47.4.20
- Verity JE 5.7.4
- Original Smiley’s Better Brain 3.1.0

These are the tested versions. Other Verity and Better Brain versions are not supported by this release.

## Setup

The default client configuration requires a compatible Forge server configured to issue temporary gateway sessions. Installing this add-on alone does not provide access to an AI service.

For private single-player use, an owner can explicitly enable a locally configured gateway.

Original Verity and Better Brain gameplay, progression, memory, and action systems remain provided by their respective mods.

## Data processing

When gateway features are used, conversation text, game context, microphone recordings, and requested vision screenshots may be sent to the gateway and its configured AI providers.

Gateway logs may retain conversation text and usage information. Use a gateway operated by someone you trust.

No provider API keys, administration tokens, AI model weights, or Russian resource-pack media are bundled in this add-on.
