Vault Armory - Vault Hunters Addon

Initial release.

• /armory opens a player picker: head, name, vault level, greed tier, online state. Also available on a keybind, unbound by default.
• Tabs for statistics, abilities, talents, expertise, research, prestige powers and greed, drawn by Vault Hunters itself with the viewed player's data.
• Statistics page with the player model, curio and armour slots, level bar, headline figures, god reputations, and the player and vault stat lists — including Vault Hunters' own hover descriptions and stat caps.
• Everything is read-only. No action in the armory can change any player's data.
• Offline players are supported. Their skills and vault statistics are always current; their gear and derived figures come from a snapshot taken at logout, and the page says so.
• Curio slot icons resolve through Curios, and god icons follow Vault Hunters' naming convention, so slots and gods added by other mods appear on their own.
