Become completely invisible to other players. Built for recording videos, spectating games and
moderating without anyone knowing you're there. Server-side only — players don't need to install anything.

What it hides

• Your player model, tab list entry, locator bar marker and server list count
• Your chat, join/leave, death and advancement messages (with a fake "left the game" when you vanish)
• Sounds and particles you cause — mining, placing, eating, fighting, levers, note blocks and bells, Chests, barrels, ender chests and shulker boxes open silently with no lid animation
• Pressure plates, tripwires, redstone ore, sculk sensors, turtle eggs, farmland and dripleaf don't react to you
• Mobs and villagers completely ignore you, and you can't push or be hit by anything
• Your arrows, snowballs and fireworks
• Operators can't see you either — nobody can unless they're vanished too

Handy tools while vanished

• A "VANISHED" reminder above your hotbar and a [Vanished] tag in your tab list
• Walk straight through doors
• `/thru` to teleport through the wall, floor or ceiling you're looking at
• Crouch + right-click to pick up items on purpose
• `/msg` still works so you can talk to people privately

Commands

• `/vanish` — toggle vanish
• `/vanish on|off|toggle <player>` — vanish someone else
• `/vanish status [player]` · `/vanish list` · `/vanish reload`
• `/thru` — go through the block you're looking at

Every feature can be turned on or off in `config/vanish.json`.
