Core Gameplay Loop

The server has a global shared sanity pool.
Sanity drains over time and reacts to danger context.
Hunger, darkness, weather, biome pressure, and dimension context can accelerate decay.
Low sanity unlocks stronger Director events and heavier psychological effects.
Death adds trauma that permanently weakens long-term stability until treated.
