Vampirism x Tough as Nails Compat

Fixes the thirst bar issue between Tough As Nails and Vampirism

When you're a vampire, Vampirism removes the thirstbar hud but doesnt disable the thirst mechanics. So you would randomly start dying of thirst without realizing it. This mod fixes that issue so now vampires dont need to drink water to survive. Also to add some more realism, temperature doesnt affect vampires either.
