- Removed old debug command, added new /golem command that summons a golem.
- Adjusted certain chests' toughness values & materials
- Added chest crafting recipes (more info on Wiki)

- Bamboo golem can't work through walls
- Bamboo has extra checks for tools to do job
- Bamboo accepts tools
- Bamboo scans wider area
- Hopper can reach more chests (higher and lower)
