Uranus — Minecraft 26.2 Unofficial Port

This project provides an unofficial Minecraft 26.2 / NeoForge port of Uranus, a library used by Ice and Fire Community Edition and other projects from the IAFEnvoy ecosystem.

This port was created primarily to provide the compatibility required to run Ice and Fire Community Edition on Minecraft 26.2.

🔧 About this port

Minecraft 26.2 introduced API changes that prevented the previous Uranus build from working correctly. This unofficial version contains compatibility adjustments for the new Minecraft and NeoForge APIs.

In particular, compatibility work has been performed on Uranus' advanced entity navigation/pathfinding system, which was causing runtime errors when used by creatures such as Hippogryphs.

⚠️ Alpha / Testing Version

This is currently an Alpha release.

It has been tested together with the unofficial Minecraft 26.2 port of Ice and Fire Community Edition, but additional incompatibilities may still exist in parts of the library that have not yet been exercised.

If you encounter a crash or unexpected behavior, please provide your latest.log or crash report when reporting the issue.
