Upgraded Anvil
A Upgraded Anvil that halfs the cost of repairs, removes the cost to rename, and can never break.
This is a small mod that add a Upgraded Anvil to the game, that is called the "Netherite Anvil"
What this upgraded anvil does is it makes repairing cost half price. 
Naming does not cost anything. 
No more "Too Expensive" when trying to combine/repair stuff, caps the max levels needed to combine/repair stuff at level 40. 
To get the Netherite Anvil is simple, just like turning diamond tools/armor into Netherite, you just have to combine a normal anvil in a smithing table with a Netherite ingot and a smithing template to get the Netherite Anvil. (Note the anvil has to be a non damaged/chipped anvil to work.) 
Also if the Netherite Anvil falls on a block that would normally break it (like a torch or a slab), it will not break the anvil but the block it falls on instead, the anvil is also immune to fire/lava damage, and will never break when used.
