Upgrade Arid - Desert & Badlands Overhaul

Upgrade Arid is a lightweight Desert and Badlands overhaul mod that's designed to update these biomes in a Vanilla-Friendly way, by adding cosmetic blocks + content and functional hazards.

Quicksand & Red Quicksand

These blocks look similar to regular sand and regular red sand. However, if you step on it, it'll start sinking you inside slowly. Could be collected with shovels and used for traps.

Oasis Trees 

These new types of trees spawn in the deserts and badlands now. They are fully functional for crafts and building.

Desert Vegetation 

Adds new dry plants.

Sand Cube 

A new agressive mob that spawns in deserts at nights, created specifically for more enemy variety. Uses jumps to move, like a normal slime should!

Cracked Mud Brick Blocks 

New mud brick block variants for building.
