Unresolved Mod Fixes — Sable/Moonrise compatibility update
For Minecraft 1.21.1 on NeoForge.
- Added a compatibility patch for using Sable and Moonrise together.
- Fixed crashes caused by Sable accessing chunk APIs replaced by Moonrise.
- Restored physics-build chunk handling, including saving, reloading and ticking.
- Restored block selection, placement, breaking and entity targeting on physics builds.
- Restored explosion handling on physics builds when Moonrise is installed.
- Fixed chest interaction and lids remaining open on physics platforms.
- Fixed hopper item transfer and dropped-item pickup on physics platforms.
- Added the
sableMoonriseenable/disable setting. The patch activates automatically when both mods are installed and the setting is enabled.
The setting defaults to true under [patches] in config/unresolvedmodfixes/unresolvedmodfixes-common.toml. Changes require a full Minecraft or server restart. Existing patch settings are preserved.
Tested with Sable 1.1.3 and Moonrise 0.1.0-beta.15+2eae1b1, with and without Moonrise Compats. The final build passed the dedicated-server chest, hopper-transfer and dropped-item-pickup checks.
Scope and known limits: This patch fixes the Sable/Moonrise compatibility issues covered by our tests. It does not claim to fix every possible bug in either mod. Two-player synchronisation remains untested.
