What's new
A new entry Chain Harvest Report has been added to the K‑key panel (enabled by default; durability_report in server‑side config sets the default value for new players). When enabled, a message appears at the bottom of the screen upon completion of each chain‑mine operation, for example: Chain‑mined 12 blocks · Actual durability consumed: 1 (only 1 point deducted for the whole operation)
- Three Chain Durability Modes (cycle by clicking in the control panel) A new Chain Durability option is added to the panel. Click it to cycle between three modes: Vanilla 1 point per block: Works as before. Each mined block consumes 1 durability point (Unbreaking enchantment functions normally). Only 1 point per whole chain: No matter how many blocks are mined in one chain, only the first manually broken block costs 1 durability point; all chained blocks consume none. Mining 60 blocks only deducts 1 durability point. Zero durability consumption: No durability loss at all. It works by taking a "snapshot" of the tool before chain mining starts and restoring its durability after each block break. Even the 1 point deducted from your initial manual hit gets restored. One subtle detail: If your tool strike triggers no chained blocks (no chain mining occurs), vanilla rules apply and 1 durability point is consumed normally — no free durability refund.
