Unified Mode for In-Game Account Switcher

Allows In-Game Account Switcher to use the same account list no matter which modpack you are using.
This is the first and only addon for In-Game Account Switcher. It makes it so, rather than storing your account list per-modpack, it stores it so it can be used by any other modpack with In-Game Account Switcher and this addon. Only useful for certain versions on In-Game Account Switcher.
