Added three configuration options:-

1. blockClicksOnUngrab: Tries to block mouse events when ungrabbed.

2. clicktoregrab: If true, mouse clicks regrab the cursor.

3. regrabOnGUIchange: It true, GUI changes regrab the cursor.

Added in-game config. GUI support.
