Un-offical port of Polearms

*Updated for 1.12 & 1.12.1. This should work on both versions. Please report if it doesn't.

*Also changed the recipes to be somewhat shapeless. They are still the same recipes as in 1.11.2, and older, however they are now shapeless meaning you can craft it in the middle, as well as the left and right side of the crafting table.

This area is coding changes and will only be useful to read for the original dev, or anyone who is interested.

*Changed code from itemWoodSpear to itemWoodenSpear, & unlocalized name from wood_spear, to wooden_spear.

*Changed code from itemGoldSpearto itemGoldenSpear, & unlocalized name from gold_spear, to golden_spear.

*Changed the way the items are rendered in game from 1.11.2 to 1.12 & 1.12.1

-Removed ItemStack from coding and kept it simple with just the spear.
