Un-offical port of Polearms

I have dropped support for this port. Tiny Progressions has spears in the mod so there is no real reason for me to support this mod anymore.

Edit: It seems the author of Tiny Progressions sadly has passed away. I may revive this mod at some point and port it to further versions when I have some more free time.
