Version Check Between Server and Client

• Outline shows a whole vein, but only one block breaks? That happens when the server runs a different UltraVein than your game: the highlight is drawn by your game, but the server decides what actually breaks. Until now nothing told you.
• When you join a server, UltraVein now compares its version with the server's and warns you in chat if they differ (or if the server still runs 1.1.7 or older). Install the same version on both and everything matches again.
• /ultravein info now also shows the server's UltraVein version and whether Require Tool in Hand is on.
• Older clients and servers keep working together as before - the version simply rides along with the rules the server already sends.
