Ultrabeam

Ultrabeam 2.0.0-alpha.5

Adds an optional Ultrabeam backpack tier above the Netherite backpack from Sophisticated Backpacks.

• 216 inventory slots and 10 upgrade slots.
• Original Sophisticated Backpacks model and interface, with purple and cyan Ultrabeam colors and scrolling when needed.
• Upgrade crafting preserves stored items, installed upgrades, custom names and dye colors.
• Craft with 1 Netherite Backpack, 5 Ultrabeam Ingots, 2 Ultrabeam Blocks and 1 Ultrabeam Core.
• Supports the original backpack upgrade system and Curios back-slot rendering.
• German and English names and capacity tooltip.

Optional integration

The backpack and its recipe are only registered when Sophisticated Backpacks is installed. Sophisticated Core is required by Sophisticated Backpacks. The rest of Ultrabeam continues to work without either mod. Curios is optional for the back slot.

Tested with Minecraft 1.21.1, NeoForge 21.1.250, Java 21, Sophisticated Backpacks 3.26.3.2158, Sophisticated Core 1.5.1.2341 and Curios 9.5.1+1.21.1.

Validation

Three integration GameTests and one test without the backpack dependencies passed. Checked the model, inventory layout, scrolling and pickup-upgrade settings in game. Existing Ultrabeam textures, sounds and recipes are preserved.

Replace the previous Ultrabeam JAR on both client and server. This is an alpha update for testing.
