Publishes the current Ultrabeam build for Minecraft 1.21.1 and NeoForge 21.1.250 or newer.

• Specialized tools, farming equipment and the Ultrabeam Matrix.
• Three tiers of armor, bows and translucent arm shields.
• Ultrabeam arrows with energy pulses and glowing marks.
• Custom textures, animated blocks, shield sounds and visual effects.
• Tier-colored armor HUD and German/English localization.

The uploaded JAR is the same build currently used in the BremerCraft test profile and dedicated server.
