Ultimate Skyblock Free Play License, version 2

Copyright 2026 TorMartin-ops, to the extent copyright subsists and is retained.

Scope

This license covers all Ultimate Skyblock material: code, assets, text, data and design. No Ultimate Skyblock material has been released under CC0 or under any other public license. The project was started from the Fabric example mod template, which the Fabric project published under CC0; that grant covers only the template's own unmodified build scaffolding, not anything written for Ultimate Skyblock. See licenses/CC0-1.0.txt. Third-party material remains subject to its own licenses. No exclusive rights are claimed in Minecraft or in material that is not protected by copyright.

Free play and community distribution

You may download, install, play, configure and privately modify this release, and run it for your friends, without paying the author. You may publish gameplay videos, streams, screenshots, reviews and feedback, including monetized videos. You may redistribute unmodified release files for free, including in free modpacks, with this license, the notices and a link to the official project. Modrinth and CurseForge may host and distribute the author's submitted releases. No ownership of players' worlds, recordings or feedback is claimed.

Reserved rights

Except for the permissions above, applicable law and relevant third-party licenses, all rights are reserved. Selling or sublicensing project material, distributing modified versions of it, or porting or adapting it to another game or platform, including Minecraft: Bedrock Edition and the Minecraft Marketplace, requires separate written permission from the author. The source repository is private; free downloads are not a promise of source access.

Minecraft rules

You must obtain Minecraft separately and follow Mojang/Microsoft's applicable terms. This license does not authorize selling Java mods contrary to those terms, or confer approval to publish on the Bedrock Marketplace.

Disclaimer

The material is provided AS IS, without warranties, to the extent permitted by law. The author is not liable for damages arising from its use to that extent.
