TZO's Additions

Changes:

• Copper gauntlet lighting strike only works if the entity hurt can see the sky
• The chestplate magnet enchantment will pull items slower 
• Thunder Clouds now spawn at Y-185
• The custom music disc is now obtainable in survival by killing a chilled as a rare drop
• Renamed the End Gnarl to Twisted Gnarl
• The Voidling will now follow a player with shulker shells in hand
