You can now let tumbleweeds spawn in any biome with dead bushes in it with a simple config! Enjoy :)

Allowed tumbleweed to spawn in any biome as long as it has deadbushes and you put its ID in the config.

Increased the size variation of the tumbleweed.

Tweaked bouncy-ness of the tumbleweed to make for a nicer effect when combined with the various sizes added.

Updated build.gradle file with updated URLs and anatawa12 forgegradle.
