-Enteritis will affect Immunity now (bugfix).

-Enteritis progression from Measles and Crohn's Disease has been halved (balance).

-Enteritis progression from Flu, Cold, Fever and Rabies has been decreased by 95% (balance).

-Cleanse stops Enteritis progression from Flu, Cold, Fever and Rabies (bugfix).

-Duration of effects of Golden Apples on curing Enteritis has been slightly increased.

-All non-temperature based triggers that progress Stroke got decreased by 75% (balance).

-Stroke permanent progression is slower now (balance).

-Dread effect duration doubled (balance).

-All gamerule descriptions has been rewritten.

-Cardio at level 3 should be displayed properly in Physical Progression menu (bugfix).

-New green bar variant added to serve as a bridge between yellow and green bar. It was applied for Health, Stress, Exhaustion, Calorie Loss and Temperature counters in GUI menu.

Full changes:

-Stamina added. Stamina is affected by Stress, that can increase it and Encumberance, that can decrease it. Stamina is lost by any movement, combat or mining action and will regenerate itself up to a miximum value. Panting will disable Stamina regeneration. Being out of Stamina stops you from any movement, combat or mining action.

-Athletic added. Athletic can be progressed by action to increase maximum Stamina by up to 80% and slightly decrease Encumberance. Athletic also decrease Stamina lost from action by up to 85%.

-Cardio added. Cardio can be progressed by sprinting to decrease Stamina lost from sprinting (up to 1600%). Progressing Cardio to maximum value will take ~38,5 in real life hours. Cardio progress faster with higher Encumberance.

-Panting added. Panting stop Stamina from regenerating. Panting is applied by actions and it's duration depends on action type.

-Out of Stamina effect added. When your Stamina gets low enough, you have to regenerate it because it will block your attacks, disable your sprinting and jumping. Countdown of this will be shown by this effect.

-Encumberance added. Encumberance counts your items in your main and off hand and your armor value to affect Stamina and Cardio. Strenght, Weakness, Slow Falling effects, Feather Falling enchantment and Athletic also affect Encumberance.

-Exhaustion added. Exhaustion goes up every second or very slowly by action and is only reset by sleeping or dying. It influences Stamina usage and Immunity. You can die from very high Exhaustion. Resting will randomly set random multiplier of Exhaustion and random initial value based at how well you slept (also random).

-Stress added. Stress affect Exhaustion and Resting negatively. You can get Stressed by wandering in dark places, being low health or staying near Monsters. Stress can be heavily increased while being on low health (low health also stop Stress from regeneration). You can use Stress to your advantage, as it decreases Stamina usage and disables effects of Exhaustion on Stamina (only when Stress is equal/above fearful).

-Immunity added. Immunity affect how fast your diseases progress. Immunity is affected by Stress, Resting and Exhaustion. Diseases like Flu, Cold, Measles and Fever also affect Immunity (this is disabled by eating Golden Apples).

-Temperature added. There are 2 types of Temperature- Sensed Temperature and Body Temperature. Sensed Temperature is affected by Biome Temperature, Weather Conditions, Armor Value, Armor Type, Armor Enchantments, Nearby Heat Sources (Campfires, Lava Pools). Body Temperature is affected by Sensed Temperature and will change its values progressively, unlike Sensed Temperature. It affects a lot of other stats, like Stamina. Low Body Temperature cause Hypothermia.

-Food Depletion added. It causes Food Bar to be Drained with time now. Can be affected by Enteritis, Crohn's Disease and Stomach Ucler. Multiplied by Calorie Loss.

-t2SStaminaMaximumValue gamerule added. Set value of base maximum Stamina.

-t2SExhaustionProgressionSpeed gamerule added. Set how fast Exhaustion progress.

-t2SStressProgression gamerule added. Set how fast Stress progress.

-t2SRestingQualityValue gamerule added. Decide how effective Resting by sleeping is.

-t2SDecreaseImmunityValue gamerule added. Increase chance of you getting a disease.

-t2SIncreaseFoodDepletion gamerule added. Increase how fast your Food Bar is depleted.

-t2SIncreaseMeaslesEventProbability gamerule added. Increase or decrease Measles Event probability. When Measles event happens it is possible for players to be infected with Measles.

-t2SQuickFreezing gamerule added. If true, Hypothermia progression will be more aggresive depending on how far it is progressed.

-t2SBrainDamageXpDrain gamerule added. Set how much XP activated Brain Damage drains. Counted by maximum % of base value.

-t2SNotPerfect gamerule added. If true, you always start with at least 1 permanent disease.

-Gamerules for Temporary Diseases duration, progression speed and activating added.

-Gamerules for Long-term Diseases activation and progression added.

-Temporary Diseases added. Temporary Diseases are shown as potion effects, appearing with level that depends on random chance + external/internal conditions. Each time countdown hits 0, they appear again with higher or lower level [this is called "level counting"](depends on external/internal conditions). They can't be removed with Milk.

-Flu added. Flu is Temporary Disease that you can be infected by while having low Body Temperature, low Sensed Temperature or staying under the Rain (same triggers for level counting). There is also chance to be infected while nearby other players/villagers when someone in the world is already infected. Flu increase usage of Stamina and cause Exhaustion (disabled by Golden Apples) to grow faster. You can improve level counting by sleeping and with high level counting - Flu duration and even Flu level can be decreased. Immunized effect will also affect level counting.

-Cold added. Cold is a Temporary Disease that you can be infected by while having low Body Temperature (it can progress very fast with very low Temperature). Cold increase Panting significantly, slighly increase Stamina usage and decrease Sensed Temperature (disabled by Golden Apples). High level Cold (4+) can cause Hypothermia. Cold levels can be decreased by maintaining high Temperature and increased by the opposite.

-Fever added. Fever is a Temporary Disease that you can be infected by having other Temporary Diseases like Flu (disabled by Cold), Rabies and Measles, by Long-term Diseases like Enteritis and also by the start of Enteritis, Encephalitis. Fever Level can vary on having other diseases. Fever heavily increase Stamina usage (halved by eating Golden Apples) and with level 5 or more it will deal damage, ultimately causing your death. Level counting of Fever depends on Temperature. Resting greatly decrease Fever level, although you have to sleep with high Sensed Temperature.

-Rabies added. Rabies is a Temporary Disease that you can be infected by being bit by Rabies infected animal (or rarely by any animal). Rabies causes Brain Damage to progress and decrease your experience points over time. Increase Stress level while in water (rain included) and with light level equal/above 12. Significantly increase Panting and can cause shivering to happen. Above level 3 Rabies can cause random arm swings. Rabies at level 5 cannot be cured and will kill you. Rabies usually happens with lower levels than other Temporary Diseases. Can be slowly removed after consuming Golden Apples.

-Measles added. Measles is a Temporary Disease that you can be infected by seasonal Measles event, that occurs randomly. Each time Measles are harder to get and events are less common. Measles usually happens with higher levels than other Temporary Diseases. It causes decreased Immunity with light level equal/above 12 and increase Fever duration and chance for it to happen with higher level. Measles causes Blindness to be longer when it is applied. It also can cause Enteritis and Encephalitis (rare). Measles level counting depends on a lot of conditions like food level, temperature (requires not only high temperature but also high body temperature), potion effects (Cleanse and Immunized).

-Long-term Diseases added. This type of diseases is not shown by potion effect and doesn't have levels, but is affected by progression instead. You will be notified when you obtain and when you lose them. They do not have specific countdown, but still can be cured by special means. Ignoring them can cause permanent debuffs.

-Enteritis added. You can be infected randomly from Measles (and other diseases while Measles is active) or Crohn's Disease. Progression is stopped by Cleanse effect. Causes Fever at the start and will slowly progress Fever if it isn't applied. It will affect Food Depletion, Immunity, can randomly add Nausea, Hunger and Poison. If not treated, can deal damage and will kill you (postponed by Cleanse effect). It can permanently affect Calorie Loss. Can be removed with Regeneration and Golden Apples.

-Encephalitis added. You can be infected randomly from Measles (rare). Causes Fever at the start and Brain Damage to progress. Can decrease Athletic and Cardio progression. It can permanently (only when Encephalitis progression is High or Dangerous) affect Stamina usage and significantly affect Resting. Can be removed with Golden Apples or by gaining XP.

-Hypothermia added. You will be infected by Hypothermia with Cold at level 4 and very low body Temperature or just with extremely low body Temperature. Decrease Sensed Temperature and disable Body Temperature growth. Can permanently decrease Sensed Temperature even without Hypothermia. Highly progressed Hypothermia will kill you. Can be removed while being under warm Sensed Temperature.

-Stomach Ucler added. You will be infected with it by being under high Stress or under one of those effects - Weakness, Hunger, Poison, Wither. Can apply Poison (progression is tripled when you have Poison effect). Affect Food Delpetion. Increase Susceptibility to Stress and Immunity (only if Stress is high). Can affect Poison effect duration permanently and normal progression affect Poison effect level counting. Can remove itself, but it's a very slow process so using Regeneration and Cleanse is recommended, as they speed it up.

-Stroke added. You can be affected randomly by staying for too long in the sun (Progression can be affected by Sensed and Body Temperature and it will be harder to get in first ~20 minutes). Stroke decrease XP, causes Brain Damage to progress when under the sun and can cause Blindness when under the sun or out of stamina. Heavily affect Stamina usage and somewhat affect Stress (but can affect it more if you don't treat it properly). Stroke can be healed by not staying exposed to sunlight, being under low level of Stress and by not using Stamina. Each time you have a Stroke, it will progress faster, so if you get it even once, it will happen again.

-Permanent Diseases added. This type of diseases similarly to Long-term Diseases is not shown by potion effect and doesn't have levels, but cannot be removed once applied. Permanent Diseases are obtained at the start randomly. Most of them can be improved by doing actions that triggers them.

-Nyktophobia added. It will increase your Stress when light level is low or when under the night sky. Being in darkness will slowly decrease effectiveness of Nyktophobia.

-Arachnophobia added. It will increase your Stress when near spiders or when hit by spiders. Attacking Spiders will slowly decrease effectiveness of Arachnophobia.

-Kinemortophobia added. It will increase your Stress when near Zombies or when hit by Undead. Attacking Undead will slowly decrease effectiveness of Kinemortophobia.

-Sleeplessness added. It will decrease your Resting quality and Exhaustion (based on your Resting Quality). Effectiveness of it can be decreased by being well rested or can increase by waking up feeling tired.

-Crohn's disease added. It will increase Food Depletion and Calorie Loss, progress Enteritis and decrease Immunity (negated by Cleanse effect). It decreases Stamina and it decreases Athletic and Cardio progression. Keep high level of Food Bar or be under Cleanse effect to decrease Crohn's Disease effectiveness permanently.

-Brain Damage added. This disease cannot be obtained by the start and will progress like Long-term Disease, and can be reduced by eating Enchanted Golden Apples. It cannot be permanently removed when applied. Can be progressed by Rabies, Stroke and Enteritis. This disease will slowly decrease your XP over time.

-Permanent Buffs added. Those buffs are distributed with Permanent Diseases at the start. They empower certain aspects of your gameplay, making you slightly stronger. They can't be seen. Current buffs are: Stress, Immunity, Stamina, Exhaustion.

-Rabies has global cooldown on infecting animals randomly. Tamed animals are infected very rarely. Non player entities die from it when it ends.

-Status effects added. They will be applied randomly, unseen by players and will be removed by certain trigger instantly.

-Calmness status added. It can be obtained randomly with low level of Stress and lost when Stress is starting to increase. It decrease Stress by half and improve Resting.

-Teal Lemon Balm added. Can be found in Forest type, Windswept type and Meadow biomes. It has 10 times bigger chance of generating in Windswept type and Meadow biomes.

-Spicy Pepper Mint added. Can be found in Forest type biomes. It has 10 times bigger chance of generating in Swamp, River and Sparse jungle biomes. It's generation chance is doubled near water.

-Sweet Linseed added. Can be found in Plains type biomes.

-Bitter Ginseng added. Can be found in Swamp, Mangrove Swamp (mostly common), Taiga, Old Growth Pine Taiga and Cherry Grove biomes.

-Extracts for all plants added. They can be crafted with 4 of the same plants.

-Tranquility effect added. It decrease Stress, decrease Dread effect duration and improve Resting.

-Pleasant Heat effect added. It increases your Sensed Temperature (very effective while your Body Temperature is low) and improves Immunity.

-Cleanse effect added. It can remove Poison and Hunger effect randomly from every mob and player. It also helps with curing Measles and helps postponing Enteritis damage (also stopping Enteritis progression). It stops effect of Crohn's Disease on Immunity and can permanently decrease effects of Crohn's Disease on player. Cleanse slowly heals Stomach Ucler and completely ignores effects of Crohn's Disease on Calorie Loss.

-Energy Shot effect added. It will increase Stamina, decrease Panting and decrease Exhaustion.

-Immunized effect added. It increases your Immunity and helps with curing Measles. Obtained from Gold Onion Mixture that can be bought from Journeyman Farmer.

-Dread effect added. It stops Stress from regenerating. Can be obtained while being under high level of Stress and under Stressful conditions. Duration of Dread can be decreased by Tranquility potion effect.

-Minor Tranquility Brew added. Can be crafted with Glass Bottle and Teal Lemon Balm. Drinking it adds Tranquility effect for 2400 ticks.

-Tranquility Brew added. Can be crafted with Glass Bottle, Teal Lemon Balm Extract and Sugar. Drinking it adds Tranquility 2 effect for 6400 ticks.

-Better Tranquility Brew added. Can be crafted by brewing Awkward Potion with Teal Lemon Balm Extract. Drinking it adds Tranquility 3 effect for 12000 ticks.

-Minor Warming Drink added. Can be crafted with Glass Bottle and Spicy Pepper Mint. Drinking it adds Pleasant Heat effect for 2400 ticks.

-Warming Drink added. Can be crafted with Glass Bottle, Spicy Pepper Mint Extract and Sugar. Drinking it adds Pleasant Heat 2 effect for 6400 ticks.

-Better Warming Drink added. Can be crafted by brewing Awkward Potion with Spicy Pepper Mint Extract. Drinking it adds Pleasant Heat 3 effect for 12000 ticks.

-Minor Linseed Tea added. Can be crafted with Glass Bottle and Sweet Linseed. Drinking it adds Cleanse effect for 2400 ticks.

-Linseed Tea added. Can be crafted with Glass Bottle, Sweet Linseed Extract and Sugar. Drinking it adds Cleanse 2 effect for 6400 ticks.

-Better Linseed Tea added. Can be crafted by brewing Awkward Potion with Sweet Linseed Extract. Drinking it adds Cleanse 3 effect for 12000 ticks.

-Minor Energy Shot (item) added. Can be crafted with Glass Bottle and Bitter Ginseng. Drinking it adds Energy Shot effect for 2400 ticks.

-Energy Shot (item) added. Can be crafted with Glass Bottle, Bitter Ginseng Extract and Sugar. Drinking it adds Energy Shot 2 effect for 6400 ticks.

-Eating Golden Apples will help you with curing Measles.

-Camper, Survival Instinct, Survivalist, Top of the Food Chain, Morning Bird, Heavy Sleeper, Training Routine, Athletic, Runner, Super Soldier, Marathon Champion, Greek God, Merciful advancements added.

-Mod Menu created. Can be accessed by pressing "J" button. You can check your current diseases and other variables from there.
