Truedifficulty-perplayer RH

This mod makes it so true difficulty scale is saved in your world.dat and that its per player instead of changing the whole world difficulty for everyone, its meant for Restless horizons modpack. To make it so servers can run the pack without having to remove the difficulty emblem, and players can choose their prefered difficulty. Works on both integrated server and normal servers. This was custom made for Restless Horizons, and for Lyz so not meant to be used somewhere else outside that modpack.
