simplybow opac fix

Curseforge really want me to write again... So here I go, this is a simple fix that makes simplybows respect opac claims, teammates and allies. Which means you wont be killing your allies just because you wanted to use a fancy bow. The holder of the weapon either needs to be in the team or allied to the party, made for prominence 2 and the logo is drawn by the master, Alm himself.
