Tree Felling [Forge]

Same as version 2.2.2 just without torch breaking. This means torches won't be broken when felling trees. However, falling logs still drop nothing to discourage cheese behaviour. "Torching" trees can therefore be used to quickly deforest an area, but it will give you nothing for it. 

So, here is a quick recap of how this version's felling process works:

• Falling logs will not drop any item if they are destroyed before they turn into a solid block.
• When a falling log hits another solid block, it will turn into a solid block itself. Destroying the log at this time is like destroying any other log and will make it drop its item.
