Tree Felling [Forge]

Only some "anti-cheese" fixes. 

• Will break torches that are placed directly below log before it is broken (but not torches below another block)
• Falling logs will NOT drop anything if they are broken before they turn into a solid block.

In other words; It is possible to break a log (while crouching with an axe) and then quickly place a torch to destroy a whole tree, like sand or gravel in vanilla, but you will receive NO ITEMS from those blocks. Only the SOLID BLOCKS will drop items now, and not the FALLING ones. This is to discourage players from actively "tourching" trees.
