Allows you to make the chat and the menus completely transparent.

Requires the Fabric API

Configuration

You can change the settings by running the /transparency command.

Idea: Add an opacity slider from 0-100% to make menus have a translucent background!

Some ideas:

* Chat can already be made transparent as of 1.14 within chat settings, not sure why'd you add this.

* A keybind or Mod Menu button would make more sense for configuring the mod compared to a command
