Traincraft

This release is a change of pace from normal. Still 1.7.10.
TC 5, including it's 1.12 build, is being worked on still, and only has a handful of bugs left to sort out, it's taking FAR longer than expected due to a lot of interruptions from my (EternalBlueFlame) personal life (like chemo). 1.12 is a huge step and a full rewrite of not just the mod, but several large chunks of forge (to save us work porting between versions, and fix some shortcomings), so we want to be absolutely sure it's ready.

Meantime a number of community members, lead by Bidahochi, have made an overhaul to the 020 release. The point of building off 020 rather than 021 is because it's known to be more reliable for server use. And to be clear, I've done basically nothing for this update other than backport the trains and stock from 021, what little time I do have is going into TC5.

Because of the odd state of these release being not quite 020 or 021, they will be dubbed "CE" releases, for "Community Edition"
