Trail Spool
What it does
A reusable wooden spool records the route you actually walk and draws a red ribbon along it.
How to use it
Hold the spool in either hand. Right-click to start or pause recording; an active spool glints. Sneak + right-click clears its route and pauses it. A paused route remains visible while you hold the spool.

Mark your way through a cave or retrace a winding forest path without placing blocks.
Details & limits
Your route is local and temporary. Disconnects, dimension changes and long teleports clear it. It retains the latest 2,048 points per spool, up to eight local spools, with a 64-block drawing range.
