🆕 Traffic Engine Update 1.8.1

This update adds modular boom-barrier arms and improves barrier design, painting previews and performance.

🚧 Boom Barriers

• Added separate arm sections for customizable barrier lengths.
• Updated the design with a slimmer body, a compact side-mounted pivot and a matte finish.
• Improved placement direction and reduced breaking particles.

🎨 Paint Brush

• Updated previews to correctly show the selected painting width and line style.
• Multi-line straight painting now stays centered.
• Left and right positions are now limited to single-line straight painting.

⚡ Performance

• Optimized barrier models, animations and painting previews.
