Updated to 1.19.3

Also compatible with 1.19.2 and 1.18.2

Additions:

Fluidlogging for leaves (1.19.x and above), sculk, mangrove roots, and hanging signs

 

Changes:

Config renames for allowed/denied fluids

Disable piston fluidlogging by default due to vanishing pistons (will be properly fixed later)

 

Bugfixes:

Fix startup crash on certain MC versions
