Updated the modding environment to 1.12.2
Updated all integrations to use the new Rotation handling.
Updated the Forestry Handler to support newer versions of Forestry.
Changed Funky Locomotion Handler to only dismantle blocks in wrenching mode and rotate / change direction in tuning mode.
Removed NBT from Refined Storage cables when dismantled.
Removed rotation mode from the Tesla Core Lib Handler. Rotation is now only handled by the blocks.
