A unique torch that disables mob spawns within a user-defined radius.
Torchmaster introduces a special, powerful torch designed to prevent natural mob spawns within a configurable radius.
(Original concept inspired by RWTema from Extra Utilities 1).
Important Note: The torch is designed to only block "natural" spawns caused by low light levels. Mob Spawners will still work!
