How it works:

• Tools stop breaking at low durability
• Broken tools stay repairable
• Alets you when tools have entered broken state
• Tools become weakened while broken to prevent exploiting

Broken tool debuffs:

• Pickaxes, shovels, and hoes give Mining Fatigue
• Swords and axes give Weakness and Mining Fatigue

Important Notes:

These debuffs are only active while holding the broken tool and instantly disappear when swapped away or repaired and are there only to prevent people from being able to efficiently use the tools while in the broken state
