 - support wildcards in enchantmentBlacklist and enchantmentWhitelist

 - new config option whether or not creative players can have free upgrades, default to true

 - new blockmodel and recipe

 - remove config option `upgradeCostMultiplier` 

 - add new config option `globalUpgradeCostMultiplier` to modify the cost of all enchantments
