• Refinery recipes to produce Stellaris fuel and diesel.
• Dust processing for corronium, desh, neptunium, solerium, and tharsite.
• Adds stellaris Plutonium and Uranium blocks as heat sources for the thermoelectric generator.
• Uses common tags (c:) for maximum cross-mod compatibility.
