1.  This file is the end user license concluded by MartinBrickenPL ( Licensor ) and persons interested in using the To Buy And Sell modification, hereinafter referred to as Licensees. 1.  This file is the end user license concluded by MartinBrickenPL ( Licensor ) and persons interested in using the To Buy And Sell modification, hereinafter referred to as Licensees. The license was developed by MartinBrickenPL and is intended to establish the rights and obligations of the parties, as well as to comply with intellectual property law. If you are a minor as defined in Your National Law, incapacitated or without full legal capacity, please ask your Legal Guardian or Parent to read This License.

2. I, MartinBrickenPL, authorize the free use of To Buy And Sell modification by Licensees, including::- Including a modification .jar in a modification package, as long as you include a copy of this license;- loading modifications via the Minecraft Forge API on the side of the game client, dedicated server, intermediate server or other type of server used for multi-player games.

3. As a Licensor, I reserve the right to change the content of this license at any time without notice to Licensees.

4. Licensees may not make a modified version of the modification available to Third Parties or promote any action to do so.

5. Licensees may create their own To Buy And Sell related mods using the built-in mod API, but may not interfere with the way To Buy And Sell mod or the attached API works.

6. Licensor is not responsible for the use of To Buy And Sell modification, much less for the use of external modifications mentioned above. This provision should be understood as no compensation for damages resulting from the use of this software or any other software that uses it.

7. It is prohibited to use this software for the purpose of making profit in the form of: earning money, property gains or any other kind of profits that may violate the rules of social coexistence, as well as violating the rules of the licensee's country or its current place of residence.

8. It is also forbidden to make property gains in the form of earning money by using To Buy And Sell mod.

9. Failure to comply with this License on multiplayer servers obliges the Administration of that server or the Parent Entity to which the server is subject to punish the player who breaks the rules of this license.

10. In the event of breach of these rules, the Licensor may request the removal of any content from the Licensee who does not comply with these provisions. The recipe applies to:any copies of the original and unmodified modifications To Buy And Sell:- mods created by the Licensee of which it is the sole owner;- restored to a state consistent with the provisions of this license.

11. The Licensor may request an explanation for the breach of this license and retains the right to bring a civil or criminal action in the court of the Licensor's place of residence without affecting the Licensee's domicile. The court having jurisdiction to settle disputes between the Licensee and the Licensor is the court having jurisdiction over the Licensor's place of residence.

12. The Licensee waives any right to any judicial review of the provisions of this license, and to institute any legal or administrative proceedings or any other action before any authority or third party. In the event of breach of this rule, the Licensee is obliged to pay a monetary compensation determined by the Licensor, and in the event of no reaction - by a final court or mediator judgment.

13. By using or installing the To Buy And Sell mod, Licensee is bound to comply with this license until it reaches the state as if it had never used this software.

14. In the event that the Licensor has doubts about the Licensee's use of the To Buy And Sell modification, he has the right to demand that further use be discontinued in the same way.

15. If you disagree with any of the provisions of this license, you are not allowed to use the modifications. The license is terminated upon completion of certain activities. In the case of the Licensor in relation to the Licensee - at the moment of finding by the Licensor of violations and notifying the Licensee about it (however, any contact shall be deemed effective service as defined by law). The Licensee may terminate the License at any time provided that the To Buy And Sell modification is removed and no longer used, as well as other activities specified in this License are performed.

16. The agreement to use the modification as set forth in This License is made when you download, receive, install, or own the modification.

17. Impersonating the Licensor is prosecuted and results in the filing of a lawsuit by the real Licensor, MartinBrickenPL.

18. The Licensor reserves the right to define a different method of use for selected Licensees - a New Individual License will be created for this purpose. This license becomes effective and replaces This License when it is determined to be received by You.
