TOBI's Mob Utilities 1.0.0
- Added harvestable mob spawners
- Mob spawners can be collected using Silk Touch on a Diamond or Netherite Pickaxe
- Collected spawners keep their original mob type when placed again
- Spawners are named based on the mob they contain
- Added the Wisdom enchantment for Swords and Axes
- Wisdom has 3 levels and increases XP gained from mob kills
- Wisdom does not increase XP from the Wither or Ender Dragon
